In the early 21st century, the letters page of videogame developer Rare Ltd festered into a bizarre online culture. Rareware.com mascot “Mr. Pants”became the face of this great social movement (an unfortuante side-effect of which being this very website).
But this badly-drawn survey man inspired far better things than the occasional dubious animated GIF. Loyal fan Chris Allcock crafted a fiercely addictive series of games, singlehandedly rejuvenating the fledgling stick-man-dodging-falling-items-to-stolen-music genre. He now works at Rare himself, so clearly he did something right.
The Rubber Chicken is delighted to host these two national treasures for you, the bright-eyed hopefuls of tomorrow. Enjoy.
Both games are freeware, and may only be distributed with the author’s permission. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them on this page and we’ll gladly relay them to Chris. Will he reply? No idea!
